The Winson Green Prison, located in the Winson Green area of Birmingham, England is a prison where judicial executions took place.
In 1924, following a deal with Thomas Shelby to burn evidences regarding King George's involvement in the explosion of the railway of the Soviets, it was planned that Lord Chamberlain would intervene the execution of the Shelbys and the Grays'. Since a local judge brought the executions forward, Arthur Bigge, the King’s Private Secretary, had to quickly intervene to prevent the execution.
