Joe Cole is an English actor best known for his roles as Luke in Skins, Tommy in Offender, Frank in Black Mirror, Reece in Green Room, and Billy Moore in A Prayer Before Dawn. He plays the role of John Shelby in Peaky Blinders. He is the older brother of Finn Cole who portrays Michael Gray.
