The Grace Shelby Institute is an orphanage built in honor of Thomas Shelby's late wife, Grace Shelby.
Background[]
In 1924, sometime after the death of Thomas Shelby's wife, Grace Shelby, the orphanage was built under the authority of the Peaky Blinders.
In the inauguration speech, Thomas promised that all children who'd grow up at the institute will be cared and loved and won't be separated away from their kin.
